FAQ

  • Can I cancel my order?
    We know that sometimes you may purchase the incorrect items or checkout incorrectly, but we will only allow any cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the order has not been fulfilled yet.
  • Can I order an item that is sold out?
    No, you will be unable to order sold out items – please keep checking back to see if we still carry it. If we are able to bring that product in again, you will be able to add the item into your cart.
  • My order arrived and I am missing an item. What should I do?
    Please keep in mind that your order may ship in multiple packages. If you have received the indicated amount of packages for this order on your invoice and are still missing an item, please send us an email to info@farmhousefinds.ca. In the email, please provide – your order number and the item number(s) you are missing. And we will be happy to look into this for you.
  • I think my package has been lost or stolen. What should I do?
    Once an order leaves the Farmhouse Finds warehouse and is in the hands of the shipping company, Farmhouse Finds is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. We would be happy to look into the situation and assist in any way we can to correct the issue for you, but you must contact the carrier. Please email us at info@farmhousefinds.ca.
  • What do I do if I received an item(s) I did not order?
    We would be happy to look into this for you! If you received the wrong item, please send us an email to info@farmhousefinds.ca. Please provide in the email: your order number, item numbers you are missing, incorrect items received, photo of the label on the box of the incorrect items received.
  • Can I use multiple promo codes on my orders?
    Promo codes are a one time offer per customer and are not combinable with any other offers. Promo codes are not applicable to past orders.
  • If I place an order, when will I be charged?"
    When you submit your order, your payment method will be preauthorized for the order amount. Once we have fulfilled and shipped your order, the funds will be removed from your account. If any items were unable to be fulfilled, you will see the change in order total from your preauthorization charge to the delated capture charge on your account. Any pre-authorizations will fall off your account in 2-3 business days depending on your bank.
  • How long will processing my order take?
    Please note orders will take 3-5 business days in order to be processed once the order has been received. Orders place after normal business hours will be received the following business day. Once your order has been processed, please allow 5-7 business days for standard ground shipping. Orders do not ship nor deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. All orders placed on weekends, holidays and/or during flash sales may require additional processing time.
  • If an item doesn’t work out, am I able to return the item?"
    All Sale Items are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We will accept returns for a store credit within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Otherwise Regular Price Items are eligible for returns or exchanges within 14 days of order date.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    We accept the following forms of payment for online orders: Visa, Mastercard and American Express o For local orders, we may be able to take Email Money Transfer o We do not accept prepaid gift cards or international credit cards as a form of payment.
  • Do you guys sell gift cards?
    Yes, we will be selling gift cards in any denomination you would like.
  • Are Ceramic products dishwasher/microwave safe?
    While most of our ceramic pieces are dishwasher sage, we always encourage hand washing with a little soap and water. Most ceramic pieces that are oven safe will have attached baking instructions. It is important to ensure all oven safe pieces are brought to room temperature before placing in the oven.
