SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping Fees are nonrefundable.
     

  • Each orders shipping fees is calculated based on the item(s) weight and where they are being shipped to. 
     

  • Farmhouse Finds IS NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the estimated shipping times once the package has left our facility or for lost/stolen packages. Always make sure your items are being delivered to a secure space.
     

  • Who can buy Farmhouse Finds products?
    We are currently only delivering to Edmonton and surrounding areas.  Stay tuned for other provinces and countries.

  • How will our orders be shipped?
    We currently ship all orders using FedEx Ground. Your estimated shipping time frame will vary depending on where it is being shipped to. Shipping estimates are subject to change without notice. Please reach out to FedEx directly at 800.463.3339 for questions regarding your packages movement within their system!

  • Where is my order being shipped from?
    All Farmhouse Finds orders are processed and shipped from our home base in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
    Sales Tax will be applied to all orders in Canada.
     

  • Can we pickup our orders if we live in Edmonton?
    For our local customers, if you would like to save on shipping, we will allow pickup orders. We will also personally deliver our products to our customers in Edmonton and surrounding areas for a $7.50 charge (St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, Leduc…)
     

  • I am shipping to an APO or PO Box Address. Why am I unable to process my order?
    At this time we are unable to ship or deliver to an APO or PO Box address. You are however able to use an APO or PO Box as your billing address.
     

  • How long can I anticipate my order?
    Depending on where you are located, the orders will arrive within 7-14 business days. If there are any delays due to COVID or any postal strikes, we will do our very best to send it out as quickly as possible through another carrier.
    Once orders are processed and shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you are able to track your order.
     

  • Is expedited shipping available?
    We do offer FedEx shipping and FedEx 2day shipping. Please note all orders placed after 3PM EST is processed the following business day.
    Farmhouse Finds is NOT responsible for delays with FedEx Services or FedEx Smartpost Services. Farmhouse Finds cannot be held liable for FedEx guarantees. If the items are not delivered in time, please contact Fed Ex at 1-800-463-3339. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if FedEx fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • If you are not happy with your Farmhouse Finds purchase, we will accept a return within 30 days of delivery for store credit with proof of purchase from farmhousefinds.ca
     

  • We will accept the return of items that are in NEW, UNUSED condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included. Returned items must not be used, washed, worn or altered. Items noted as FINAL SALE and/or personalized items from www.farmhousefinds.ca are not eligible for return.
     

  • To initiate a return, please fill out the form HERE. Please include your reason for return, items returning by SKU number and PO number. (SKU Numbers can be found on your invoice documentation)
     

  • To cover shipping and handling, please note a flat Adjustment Fee of $7 will be deducted from the total merchandise amount. Please allow 5-7 days for the return to process after delivery to our facility.
     

  • My item arrived by has a flaw or defect. How can this be fixed?
     

  • We are sorry to hear your item arrived defective. We would be happy to look into this for you.
